International - Delivery Times

International orders will be shipped by Australian Air Mail with delivery times averaging between 7-21 days. Occasionally international mail may experience delays as thousands of items go through the mail system daily and can be subject to being mis-sorted and/or mis-directed. Unfortunately these delays are beyond our control. We must allow at least 5 - 6 weeks before we can order an investigation for any late delivery.

International - Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Micro-Heli-Concepts.com, you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs declaration. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

To avoid any unnecessary customs charges, please check with your local customs office to find out what the exemption limit is for goods entering the country before having to pay taxes.
